The Specialist Applications activity area has been developed out of the Concrete Barrier Group, due to the very demanding nature of the Concrete Barrier business. Specialist applications incorporates:

• Slipformed drainage, including slot drain, v-channel and combined drainage

• Flood Barrier
  
• Security Barrier
  
• The group also keeps a watching brief on developments of pervious concrete drainage applications
