- To encourage the use of concrete paving
and associated products for the construction, strengthening
or reconstruction of highways, airports, railways, dock
and industrial areas, reservoirs and canals and for civil
engineering projects in general
- To represent and support members' nationally
and internationally through PIARC and to make representations
to government departments, public authorities and other
relevant bodies
- To render, where appropriate, help in
the conception, specification and construction of concrete
paving and allied materials and products
